So, I am a big city guy that lives in the heart of Midtown Atlanta but I grew up in PTC and come back every so often to visit family. This place isn't a big city stand still, model, and sip your cocktail kinda bar, but I enjoy the crowd; it's really the staff that I enjoy. The customers enjoy a slower pace of life out in the burbs, but they are good people who will have your back.

First time ever going there and wishing we had gone sooner and more frequent. Everywhere I go, I usually order the pretzel as an appetizer if it's offered. Hands down one of the best if NOT THE BEST pretzel I have ever eaten. The size of that thing was crazy! I couldn't even eat my burger when it arrived. I ended up taking my tavern burger to go and ate it for dinner. Even after a few hours and a warm up in the microwave, that was the best burger I ever put in my mouth. I can only imagine what it was like fresh out of the kitchen.. My fiance' had one of the foot long hotdogs... He said it was awesome. .along with the sandwich with steak onions peppers and mushrooms... He said that too was amazing.... Loved the fact you could smoke inside... Awesome atmosphere...wish we weren't moving...if we're ever back in the area, we're definitely stopping!!!!!!

I love it except my friend is kicked out and they won't let her in. I wish they would let her back in.

I'd say since moving to GA I haven't found a bar that has hit all the points like this one here. The staff is great and welcoming, the building is clean, and they have weekly little events. This is definitely a for all people type of bar and I highly recommend.

Your local bar with local folks. Now pair that with great service, excellent upscale food and weakly entertainment like poker and painting and you have yourself a pretty good place.

Had a great time here last night. The food was actually incredible. We were expecting bar food, which there was, but some other great options as well. Had fun on the slot machine and pool tables as well! Cool place! Great service!!!

Cool atmosphere. Went here on a whim and really enjoyed myself. They had a really good live band. I played a game of pool as well. They are only 2 pool tables. It was crowded as people were in and out. There is no cover charge and plenty of space to sit. When the band isn't playing, there's a juke box you can pay to play songs. I'll be back!

Had a great time and the food was great. It was 74 cents per chicken wing night. We got 20 wings four different ways. We got the beef tips, fried okra, carrots and celery. Two cokes. Our waitress was great warm and friendly got us everything we needed before we asked. We went for trivia night and won third place. We will be back drove down from East Cobb and walked the lake then to the tavern. A great place to spend the evening.
